Shipping policy

Where we ship: We currently ship to the United States only. Shipping cost: Shipping within the United States is a flat $3.00 per order. Orders of $99.99 or more ship free. Processing time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment. Delivery time: Most orders arrive within 14-22 days of the order date. Many of our products ship directly from our suppliers, so delivery takes longer than from a local warehouse. Your delivery date is an estimate, not a guarantee, and may be affected by carrier delays. Tracking: When your order ships, we email you a tracking number. If you ordered several items, they may ship separately and arrive on different days. Lost or damaged in transit: If your order arrives damaged or has not arrived within 30 days of the order date, email sleepsanctuary7@gmail.com with your order number and we will send a replacement or a refund, as set out in our Refund Policy.
